Overview

Him Cab is an online taxi service in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, run with local drivers and a focus on rider safety. I built the platform's two Android apps in React Native along with their backend: the rider app for booking and tracking cabs, and the driver app where drivers register, choose their service type, pass admin verification and manage rides and earnings.

What I built

  1. 01Rider app: book local, outstation and rental cabs, with saved Home / Work / Favourite places
  2. 02Real-time trip tracking on a live map for riders and drivers
  3. 03Driver onboarding with service selection and document upload for admin verification
  4. 04Driver wallet with transaction history and payouts
  5. 05Trip history with ride status, fares and ratings
  6. 06Backend APIs for bookings, driver approval, trips and payments
