Customer Registration Portal form with company, contact and business details

Custom LWC registration form on Experience Cloud

Overview

Built a complete B2B Customer Onboarding Portal using Salesforce Experience Cloud for a Gas CRM client. Customers register their company through a custom portal, are automatically provisioned as community users, and move through a tracked onboarding journey — NDA, KYC, HOT and site visit — while internal teams approve each stage inside Salesforce.

What I built

  1. 01Custom registration form built with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  2. 02Automated NDA approval workflow with HOD notifications via Apex
  3. 03Community user auto-creation on form submission
  4. 04Document upload and management system
  5. 05Multi-stage onboarding progress tracker (NDA → KYC → HOT → Site Visit → Complete)
  6. 06Complaint management with auto-escalation after 5 hours
  7. 07Flow Builder automation for manual NDA status change triggers
